Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect account email and sign-in data, learner display name and grade, Algebra I answers and progress, test goals, household links, and optional homework images and feedback. Parents can see verified learning progress for linked learners. We keep billing identifiers and subscription status from Paddle, while Paddle handles payment card details.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, verify math answers, plan lessons, provide guided help, show parent reports, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell student data or use student content for advertising.
Service providers
Supabase hosts account and learning data; Render hosts the web app and math service; OpenAI processes selected tutoring and homework extraction requests; Resend sends parent reports; Paddle handles purchases and payment support. These providers process data to deliver the service.
Homework images and retention
Homework images are stored in a private bucket. We show the extracted problem for learner confirmation before tutoring. We attempt to delete the raw image after successful confirmation; the learner can also delete it sooner. Scheduled cleanup removes any remaining raw image after its seven-day retention period. Verified answer evidence and progress remain until account deletion.
Accounts and choices
The service is intended for ages 13 and up. You can request access or correction at contact@nativeuno.com. Signed-in users can request permanent deletion from Account settings. An active subscription must be canceled first. Deletion removes account-linked learner data and raw homework images from the application; Paddle may retain transaction records under its legal obligations and policies.
